Kalon Home is a full service residential design firm owned by Kaitlyn Tiller. From large-scale remodels to a simple quick makeover, Kalon Home will expertly reflect your personal taste and style by assisting clients with a wide range of challenges including, selections of architectural details and finishes, collaborating with architects and builders, decorating a functional beautiful space with furniture, fabrics, accessories, and creating homes through a journey of details and precision.
WHAT WE DO
Step 1 - Initial Meeting
Homes are not just built through fine furnishings and beautiful elements. They are inspired by our clients and our collaboration. We like to get to know the people behind the heartbeat of the home.

Step 2 -
Development of Design
The design development phase of the project specifies and explains all key components of the project, with a focus on material selection. Such as mood boards, furniture boards, verbal and social communication, etc.
Step 3 - Design Execution
The design process is ongoing and will be a part of the overall project all the way to completion. We fine tune and adjust as we work through the ordering process. Design flows like a melody and so does our process. There are hundreds of decisions we spend careful time making. As we order product we will bill in three phases accordingly. An initial deposit is required for any design services and this deposit will go towards your furniture cost.
Step 4 - Install
We will ship all merchandise to a moving facility of choice. When all the furniture has arrived and the project deadline has arrived, we will begin install week. Kalon Home will spend the final days of install bringing the mood boards and all of our inspiration to life.
